Loki

Loki is the God of Mischief in Norse Mythology. He is known for getting in trouble, causing mayhem, playing tricks, and creating problems for the other gods.

Loki is the son of the Jötunn, Fárbaut who is a Giant, and his mother is Laufey, who is thought to be a Æsir, or a god. However, Odin, Thor's father, the god of war and of the dead, and rules over Valhalla --- “The hall of the slain.” Loki has three children, Fenrir, the giant wolf, Jörmungand, the world serpent, and Hel, who rules over the realm of the same name in Niflheim, where all those who die of sickness or old age go. Loki takes a keen liking to Thor, Odin's Son, and considers themselves brothers, and part of the story is the many adventures Thor and Loki go on.

Behind is the image of Loki's symbol, two snakes eating themselves from the tail.
